This past weekend I went to Calgary on business and was lucky enough to spend Saturday driving through the Canadian Rockies of Lake Louise and Banff. The drive itself was half of the excitement, with every turn bringing a new view of the beautiful rockface and countryside.
The air in Calgary is so crisp and clear because of it's high altitude and of course who wouldn't enjoy the fresh mountain air.
There are sulpher hot springs in Banff that you can actually see steaming out of the rocks.
Nature at its best.
This was my first time to Western Canada. Has anyone else ventured out to the mountains? What is the nicest piece of scenery in your area?
Linking up for Current Crush and Loves on a Thursday.

I have always wanted to go there. These photos are just gorgeous!
I miss that view! I used to work at the Chateau Lake Louise so I saw that view every day for years. Never got tired of it. x
I live in Canada and have never been to the Rockies, weird right?! Heading out that way would be like me going to Calafornia or something...right in my backyard but SO far away!
Your pictures are beautiful! I want to visit Calgary!
Stopping by from Mingle Monday. Looks GORGEOUS! It's mostly flat here in Kansas, but there's a lot of beauty here too. :)
