Here's something fresh for spring that I experimented with using smoked salmon slices to wrap up 'standard' sushi ingredients. I love creating my own recipes throwing in ingredients that inspire me or sometimes best of all whatever is fresh and local. One staple food that is sadly not local but a must-have is avocado. It is so fresh and smooth, adding good essential fats to any meal or dessert.
